Hetauda. The Community Rehabilitation Center for Rural Helpless Children has provided Rs. 900,000 to Hetauda Hospital under Madan Bhandari Institute of Health Sciences for the purchase of oxygen. The center has provided Rs. 900,000 for the purchase of 50 cylinders daily for a month after reaching the Hetauda Hospital Council. Today, the center has handed over Rs 900,000 including 100 oxygen cylinders.
Sumitra Kafle, chairperson of the center, handed over the amount to Rajesh Prasai, chairperson of the hospital operation and management committee. Reacting after the handover, Kafle said that there should be support from all sectors in this difficult situation. Stating that her organization has helped the country at a time when the Corona infection is a problem, she said that not only the government but also the citizens and all social organizations should be responsible for everything.
Stating that the corona infection can be defeated only if all the mechanisms of the state are combined, she requested all the organizations for help. Accepting the check, Prasai, who is also the registrar of the Madan Bhandari Institute of Health Sciences, said that the support from the center was the biggest ever.
Stating that the common people of Makawanpur are supporting Hetauda Hospital, he said that there is no shortage of oxygen in Hetauda Hospital due to the supportive hands. He also thanked for the support from various organizations on a daily basis. Stating that 240 cylinders of oxygen is needed daily for the patients in the hospital, he said that so far there is no shortage of oxygen due to the donors.
